Celerant Command Retail: Customer Relationship Management Software

Celerant’s POS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool enables a retailer to set up CRM and Buying Clubs, to provide a customer with additional purchasing options. Celerant’s Buying Club accumulates your customers’ spending and creates a dollar award for customers based on their sales history.

CRM Clubs

With Celerant’s retail software, multiple CRM Clubs can be built and maintained. You can create a unique name for each club and can define the following options as desired:
  • Membership Time- Amount of time a membership will last (number of days, months, years, etc.)
  • Dollar Goals- The amount a customer must spend to start receiving club discounts. This can be a discount dollar amount or percent based on the points a customer accumulates.
  • Discounts based on monthly points- An additional discount can be set to take effect if a customer uses all of his or her monthly points. The club can also have an expiration date set, in days or you can run the club indefinitely.
An example of this is a Celerant client who created a CRM Club to issue a designated number of theme park rides to a customer. The Customers will receive a certain number of rides each month and they also receive a one time discount on certain items. If they use all of their ride credits in a month, they will get an additional discount on rides purchased over their credit allotment.

Buying Clubs

With Celerant POS and back office software, The Buying Club is designed for use at the store level. Customers can receive benefits based on their spending or quantity of items purchased. A customer can be given “Free Dollars” or you can set a “Dollar Goal for Free”. Then the customer must meet a certain purchasing level prior to getting “Free Dollars” (ie. Buy $100 and get $5 off on a future purchase.) A limit can also be set, so a cap can be placed on how many “Free Dollars” can be accumulated.

This can also be used for “Units Free”. A customer will have to purchase a set number of items to get an item “free”.

You can easily view the customer history and check their purchases, spending and club goals, directly from the point of sale system.
